What type of mobile events can be held with Paint Splice?
We’ve had all types of events from Birthdays, Hen’s Parties, Girl’s Nights, Kids Birthday parties, Corporate Team Building Events, Team Outings and more.

Why hold your mobile event with us?
Our focus is on making every event a party that everyone will enjoy!
Also we include a host, and an artist for all events of more than 20 people, to ensure that you get the focus needed on both the painting and the rest of the event. Also we love what we do, and are not a franchise, so if you have any out of the box ideas for your event, chances are we’ll love to make it work for you.
What is the cost?
The cost depends on your group size, location, and party timing. Once we quote a price, it’s locked in so there will be no hidden fees or charges. Pricing generally starts at $59 per person, and a minimum amount of attendees applies depending on timing and location.
How many people can you accommodate?
We’ve helped host events for a range of group sizes, from just a couple – up to 80 attendees. Looking for a larger scale? We love a challenge!
What about minimum numbers?
For most events 10 attendees is the minimum for a mobile booking, but may be higher during peak times. If you have a smaller group, we may still be able to cater for you, but the price per person may be a bit higher.
What equipment is included?
All equipment needed for painting is provided, the same as our in-studio sessions: Aprons, Acrylic Paint, Brushes, Water Jars, Canvases, Easels. All you need are tables and seating for each person (with enough room for an easel per person). Our team will need access to water for our paint water jars, and will take any paint-waste water with them. Table covers can be provided also if required.
How long do you need to set up / clean up?
Our highly skilled team can set up most events in 30 minutes, and clean up in 30 minutes after the event’s completion. This means that a 3 hour session includes 30mins setup, a 2 hour paint & sip session, and 30 mins to pack up/clean.
What about kid’s parties
We love kid’s parties, and host them regularly in our studio as well as mobile events. Kid’s parties are generally 1.5 hours painting time, and 30 mins setup and 30 mins pack up/clean. We ask that we have the painting area free from children when setting up and packing up to ensure safety. All of our staff have working with children’s checks which can be provided prior to the event start.
